our last Vacation trip before the surgery

my trip toSan Francisco by Llooli my youngest daughter
I held my breath as the plane landed I  was sitting one seat away from my Dad, I looked out the window and was very surprised. It appeared that we were going to land in water. I wondered if we were maybe still far away from the airport, but when I looked at the map it said we were right above the Airport. Before I could think of an explanation the plane jerked hard and made a rough turn for a second I looked inside the plane and the next I felt a hard bump and landing feeling . We were finally in San Francisco ! I looked out the window to see the Airport and the the land around it. It had a couple of hills and looked a little bit desserty but still really pretty ! I walked out of the terminal and into the airport.. The building had a lot of windows, we took the escalators to the terminals to grab our bags. Once we grabbed our bags we headed outside, My Dad asked me and my sister Bella, if we would like to take a bus or train. I answered bus and Bella a answered train. I smiled as we stepped outside, a gust of cold wind came to greet me. the weather was nice and chilly ! My Dad talked on the phone to a guy named Frank. I looked at my Mom .

“Mom who’s Frank?” I asked. “Hes the man who’s going to drive us to the hotel in a limo ! “ She answered smiling. I was sure she was kidding so I laughed a little bit. To my surprise a limo pulled up to where we were waiting. A small Man jumped out and shook hands with my family and me. and introduced himself as Frank. Inside the doors of the limo was peppermints and the seats were really cushy ! We all hopped in the car, as we got deeper into San Francisco , I noticed that there were more hills, the land started to get greener , and the houses got smaller. Frank told us about how San Francisco is becoming a hot spot for big businesses. Once we got to the the hotel we got all our luggage in  the room and we headed to the mall to grab some lunch . Each little shop had its own sort of culture and style they even had an underground part of the mall !For lunch we stopped at a mini restaurant called The Catch, we ate some fish and chips they were good ! After that we headed to the train station, there was really nice chinese music playing while we were getting our tickets. Inside the train station when a subway train comes everything on the walls vibrate or shake its really neat! We climbed on the train until we came to a tunnel. My Dad asked a Man for directions and the Man said we should just climb off here.We hopped off and looked at all the victorian houses and painted ladies, we also walked through alamo park . There are a lot of houses, so we walked a couple blocks. Once everybody was super tired my parents surprised us with some Fro-Yo ! It was really good and gave me back all my energy ! We also bought some cereal, bananas , and apples. After we went home and everybody fell asleep , it was a good day.

On the second day we went to three cool museums and Yerba Gardens .For lunch we got sandwiches from walgreens and a big soda they were pretty good! The museums we went to were the Cartoon Museum, The Natural Science museum , and the Childrens museum. The Cartoon museum had tons of cool old cartoons , not just newspaper ones but originals ! They also had an exclusive collection of the original “Ninja Turtle” sketches ! It was really neat to see the original copies! We also went to a museum with a living roof , The Natural Science Museum ! There was an entire skeleton of a T-Rex in the front ! There was an awesome aquarium filled with odd and pretty fish too ! We saw some penguins along with an exhibit of Africa !  Following the Natural Science  Museum went to the Childrens Museum ! In there we did a fun exhibit with a makey makey , we each made a drawing and then attached the makey makey to them and then we we could play piano it was really cool ! After that we went to the recording studios where we recorded us singing songs ! You can even listen to them if you want because my parents bought a disc, It was pretty awesome ! Then we went to yerba gardens, they had an indoor carousel there, and a killer slide! We played around there on the fast steep metal slides until my parents said we had to go ! For dinner we went to Buca di Beppo and ate dinner , we had some good Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo , they serve in big family sizes so we all ate till we were full ! Right after that we picked up our luggage at The Intercontinental . We walked and took a bus to the Wyndham where we were staying.

On the third day we woke up early and went to a Timeshare breakfast where we had egg and sausage.Me and bella went upstairs while Mom and Dad were talking to the timeshare accountant. After that we caught the Hop on and Off  double decker bus and took a full tour starting from Union Square we went around San Francico and saw and learned a lot of cool things we also got to see Marilyn Monro’s legs ! It was really fun and we went to see the golden gate bridge also, the thing was though it was open top so it was reallly cooold ! The Golden Gate bridge is enormous !  We also went to the original Ghirardelli Square and we bought two beautiful and delicious Mint Chip and Vanilla  Sundays they were soooo good ! For dinner we got some movies from the hotel and ordered some delicious dominoes hawaiian pizza ! Soo good !

For the fourth day we took the Hop-On-and-Off bus and we saw Lombard Street ! While Dad was taking Mom down to Fisherman's Wharf we walked up and down Lombard Street two times! It was soo twisty! It was long to ! Dad came back up then and walked with us to down to Fisherman's Wharf , this was our first time there ! Once we got there we met with Mom and we went to three cool galleries! One of them even had original works of Doctor Seuss , another had beautiful painting pieces of people and things with large eyes the lady who painted them name is  Margaret Keane ! We walked around and saw a tons of cool street artists ! One even swallowed a sword ! After that we took another Hop-On-And-Off bus tour and grabbed some spaghetti at Buca di Beppo ! It was really good ! Then we went back to the Hotel and watched some movies !

On the fifth day we bought some sandwiches at walgreens and fruit! We also went down to Fisherman's Wharf again !We ran down to grab some fish and chips! The plan was to eat them slowly but we ended up running and eating. They were the most delicious fish and chips I have ever had ! They smelled soooo good too ! We had to run and eat because we had to get in line to go to alcatraz ! We took a boat to Alcatraz and hopped off ! Alcatraz was a old federal prison , that used to hold famous bad guys like Machine Gun Kelly , The BirdMan , and Al Capone . It was really fun we got to take an audio tour and see all sorts of things ! We got to walk in these cells , see there cafeteria also where Clarence Anglin, John Anglin , and Frank Morris got there spoons to escape ! We went to their cells to and saw how they dug through the vents, It was like walking into the past ! It was amazing ! After we went and visited the Boudin Bakery and bought a 2 lb. sourdough bread it was really good ! We explored around the wharf a little more watching the street performers.Later we went on a bus and dropped Mom off at the hotel while we went to go get groceries from walgreens.Dad bought each me and Mikayla a t-shirt souvenir that said San Francisco on it ! MIkayla got one that said shes too cute so she got rejected from alcatraz its really adorable ! After that we went back to the hotel.

The Sixth day we went to Chinatown ! We found this really cool place that sold everything anime ! I ended up buying two posters , and Mom a poster and a t-shirt. It was really cool ! Then we explored the rest of Chinatown ! The gate was beautiful ! It had dragons on it , there were pretty red lamps hanging across the houses and on each of the light posts was a dragon holding a pearl ! It was really pretty ! There were cute shops selling silk purses , silk robes , fans , and little umbrellas with patterns on them!Mom bought a mini SD card for her camera there to !We also went to the Cable Car Museum and took the Cable Cars for the first time ! It was so cool we got to see the cables that the cable cars ran on and the underground wheels that moved them ! It was really cool ! That day we took cable cars everywhere ! Cable Cars are really cool though because you literally just hop on ! You can even hang on to a bar and stick out your head while you go on the cable car ! Its really fun ! Once we got home we also watched Cliff Eastwoods Escape From AlCatraz it was a really cool because we had been to alcatraz also already so we knew where they were going and stuff !

The seventh I would say was our boat day. We went to see an army submarine , It was so big and could hold like twenty five torpedo’s ! We got to walk through and see how the boat would work it was awesome ! The next boat we went on after that was a bridge to bridge tour it was really nice it told us about each of the landmarks we saw on the water. After that we went on a Rocket Boat ! It was this super fast little orange boat that drove us around the bay ! For lunch we ate some more of the delicious fish and chips. After lunch we went to the ship museum and saw a really cool old boat. It was one of those that you would imagine seeing in pirates of the caribbean ! We also went to goodwill and bought a blue suitcase ! Then we went and checked in at the hostel. We slept for a little bit and then went to eat Buca di Beppo. After that we got our luggage from wyndham and took it to the hostel. The Hostel was big it had a kitchen , a theater, a cafe and comfy beds ! Mom and Dad got a private room and we all had our own bed. We got a good nights sleep !

The eighth day we got up early and ate breakfast at the hostel. We packed bagels for lunch for our bike ride also. We walked to the Blazing Saddles place where we were going to rent our bikes from. The man told us what we have to do and then we took off. The man who was our guide was a really fast biker! At  first I was near the end of the line and then I caught up and was the third to second in line, we drove a little bit on a sidewalk and then up a couple of hills. Then we got to the golden gate bridge. It was really really big up in person. If I made a fist thats how big one of the bolts of the golden gate bridge would be ! As we biked the long stretch I could feel the bridge sway a little beneath me , the wind was blowing in my face and it felt awesome ! After the bridge we reached Sausalito and we stopped. The guided tour left but Dad, Mikayla , and I biked to see the bay model. It was an ENORMOUS model of the bay! It was so big and it showed the exact water movement the bay would make in 14 or so minutes , it was like a really big swimming pool ! We took a audio tour of the entire thing it was pretty cool !We were so into the bay model we forgot all about the shuttle we were going to take to Muior Woods , however  Dad talked to they lady at the front desk and she told him about the shuttle in Marin City. On the way to Marin City our next stop we saw some floating houses on docks it was amazing ! Then we biked the flat stretch to the next city. When we got there we got some directions to get to the shuttle station. There was three busses waiting and no one was there so as soon as we got up to the station they said they would take us up immediately ! We pulled out our bagels and ate them on the way up. Our original plan was to bike up to Muir Woods but then our guide told us about the bus, we were all glad though that we had taken the bus because the road had no shoulder , was really steep and was twisty to.The mountains were really pretty because there was some fog it was really pretty ! Once we got to Muir Woods we took a two mile hike through the beautiful forest . The trees were so big you arent even able to hug your arms around it and have your hand touching ! When the sun shone through the trees though it would make rays , it was just overall really pretty.Once we finished that we took the shuttle back to Marin City and biked back to Sausalito. We were really lucky as soon as we got back there was a ferry , at the time we didn’t know where it was going but we just got on. It was really fast ! Like times regular ferry time times ten ! Once we got to the other side we saw the ferry was actually a catamaran ! A catamaran is a boat with two boats. Its really cool, after that we rode our bikes around looking for a walgreens that sold Fro-Yo but the one we went to was closed. We decided to just go to
another walgreens and we got 3.5 pints of ice cream ,each ! It was sooo goood ! We didn’t finish it all so Dad put it on his bike while we biked to Blazing Saddles the place where we rented bikes. The Ice-Creams we got were Super Chocolatey , Mint Chocolate Chip , and Strong Coffee ! They were really good we bought them at a big grocery store called Safeway ! Once we got to the place where we rented the bikes we tried to figure out how to open the garage , it said on a board that they gave us a two number code to open the garage. But unfortunately when they gave us the bikes they had forgotten that slight detail. We ended up asking someone who didn’t know , but finally some other people returned their bikes and we turned ours in to . We took a bus and then walked back to the hostel. For dinner we heated up some of the leftover fettucini  from Bucas on the community oven. Let me say it was a very nice burner , it was military so you could see the flame ! It was really good after we all went and fell asleep on our own bunk beds .

The last day we were in San Francisco we packed and took showers . Mom took us to go get our portraits done at fishermans wharf. It was a beautiful day chilly but still sunny, the man who did our pictures was very good he used ink and a paintbrush. Frank  picked us up in the limo again and I smiled as I got my last good look at San Francisco.

This was our glorious vacation to SF shortly befor my surgery

You are headed in the wrong way!

Up to now the days hours weeks kind of swoop past. So many doctors visits I had no time to think about anything or about myself I just had to go go go go go go go ...  But now it is one month to July 29, when the surgery will take place and I have a pre-op visit on July 23 - it feels like ages away.  I tried to consider the children s summer plans and schedules we have Schlitterbanh annual passes - and I want to allow them to have fun at least in the summer, then there is the swim team with the every Saturday meets that we want to fit ( the swimming is over in July 10,and then so far every week we allowed them to visit on a sleep over with a friend, and then they want a friend over.  My spouse set up an arrangement for a weekend away on July 15 and so we will go there and then one more summer camp for the children.  it is my sincere faith and hope that this C is just slow and not getting much further.

I read something that explains  my  feelings, and I think this man has looked deep into my soul today.  this morning I felt dead tired dragged self literally out of bed and yes I was late for work.  Self-pity is knocking at my door.

"You are headed in the wrong direction. Don't allow yourself to go there. That is a place from which is hard to climb out.  Do you remember once when you were in that pit how long you were there? You need to turn around right now. Yes, make a complete turnaround. Just like a private does when the sergeant shouts the command, "about - face." The private doesn't think about it or argue with the command or the sergeant. He immediately obeys. Beloved, do it now."

Letter After plastic Surgeon Visit to my kids

Dear Children and close family

I saw the plastic surgeon this morning  - for the final word on my surgery and stuff or near final word – it really is never final – the treatment after the fact will depend on the pathology report.  My nip. will rise about -- cm – that is how droopy time got to me…  (WOW)… now it is going to be all erased at least up here… they going to grab that Cancer and toss it away…

I will have surgery on July 29, 2014 in C Hospital

I will spent 2  days in the hospital then come home and be home for 2 weeks thereafter the next week I will be back to work working part time or having to stay off .

They will do a bilateral mastectomy in C Park hospital, and start reconstruction with spacers in immediately .
They will cut the nip. off –  and toss them in the closest thrash can (sparing them is not worth it)

The General Surgeon will dig in my red meat to find all the cancer, he will have a bright silver pan handy where he will toss the red breast tissue and all the white breast fat in.  The nurse will quickly wrap it up before the meat gets to cold and put it in a safe place.  Perhaps the fridge at the left far corner of the theater room.  The nurse will finally place this two packet of red meat on a scale and weight the breast tissue.  If I am lucky it will weigh into what the plastic surgeon guessed each one of my B weigh 550 gram.

Believe it not – like ripples believe it not – then it is time for the surgeon to go wash his hand and for the plastic surgeon to get scrubbed in.

On my chest will lay two empty envelopes of breast skin that used to be my beautiful size D   - size before.

Then empty out the breast like an envelope – the breast tissue will be send for second pathology report  - no nip. Preserving…. Then they will press in a little silicone bag with a magnet on in the empty breast envelopes and start stitching slowly whilst Bach is playing on Pandora  - stitch by stitch – drum beat by drum beat – measure by measure.  I will be laying sleeping snoring with – oxygen tube jammed down my throat while my heart beat to the rhythm of the music and the doctors brows sweat and your dad pace up and down up and down in the waiting room.  I will wake up finally by God’s grace from my deep sleep.  Just to say  Hi to visitors and look at your lovely faces smile and say – yip I still love you all with all my heart.  Finally I will be a new being – with salt water breast – they might float in water so I guess I will never drown  - Yip and that is where I am heading.

So if everything went well and they were able to find all the cancer with a clear margin of one centimeter then I might need no radiation. But radiation... can be expected but I sincerely hope not.

They don’t think I need to  receive chemo but the plastic surgeon warned that is not 100% I will only really know after the they are done scooping the tissue and it had being tested once again.

Sjoe so I will really stay upbeat and be sure that I buy myself a few brand new Victoria secret bras after the time and a new swim suit.

Let me not lie to you I have had nightmares the last few nights about big black wholes not in space but in my B…  thank God I woke up this morning and it was not so…

I am looking forward to S-‘s gracious offer to come and help at home

Talk to you again

My favorite Dessert Koeksisters from Africa

Today I am on that run away roller coaster, the time is getting close for me to get an actual date of losing my Boops, how appropaite OOps  nO  bOObs!!  I am blessed still since they caught this cancer now.  Many will not catch until l it is too late... but still it creates emotional turmoil.

But I will spoil myself by baking a favorite dish

Koeksisters

Syrup
250 ml water (1 cup)
625 ml white sugar (2 1/2 cups)
12 1/2 ml lemon juice (2 1/2 tsp.)
5 ml vanilla essence (1 tsp.)

Dough
375 ml cake flour (1 1/2 cups)
22 ml baking powder (4 1/2 tsp.)
1 ml salt (1/4 tsp.)
20 g butter or 20 g margarine
150 ml milk (the vanilla soy milk gives added flavor, 5/8 cup) or 150 ml vanilla-flavored soymilk (the vanilla soy milk gives added flavor, 5/8 cup)
750 ml canola oil (3 cups)
Directions:
1.     1
Put the water and sugar in a ot and bring to boil on low heat. Stir frequently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Boil for 7 minutes.
2.     2
Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the lemon juice and vanilla essence. Put the pot into the fridge.
3.     3
Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Break the butter or margarine into
small pieces and add to the four mixture. Add the milk. Mix well until a dough is formed.
4.     4
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 5 mm (+ or - 1/4 in.). Cut the dough into thin (+ or - 10 mm or 1/2 in.) strips. Take 3 strips and join their ends on one side. Braid the strips to desired koeksister length and join other ends.
5.     5
Heat the oil in a pot until fairly hot. Put about 3 koeksisters (or what can fit)at a time in the oil and fry them on both sides until they get a golden-brown color. As you remove the koeksisters for the oil, place them directly into the syrup from the fridge. It is important to keep the syrup cool, so between soakings, return the syrup to the fridge to maintain its coolness.
6.     6
Remove the koeksisters from the syrup and allow the excess syrup to drip off. Place them in the refrigerator to cool and then eat!

Questions in preparation for the plastic surgeon

The days are getting to be short now - it is Friday today and Monday I see the plastic surgeon.  It is apparent now that his job is the most significant because that is what will impact your life most.  I see the questions below are what I am suppose to ask.
Some thought that had being crossing my mind lately - I have considered if God is in control of everything – which we know that is true –  should one not rest in letting it go it way  - to be try and defy death with all our medical tricks?

I am truly blessed in the sense that there is no expectation for me to have to do chemo.

Question to ask the Plastic Surgeon

Can I have breast reconstruction?    YES
· When can I have reconstruction done?
· What types of reconstruction could I have?  IMPLANTS
· What’s the average cost of each type? Will my insurance cover them?
MY OUT OF POCKET LIMIT
· What type of reconstruction do you think would be best for me? Why?
· How many of these procedures have you (plastic surgeon) done?  THAT IS ALL HE DOES
· What results can I expect?
· Will the reconstructed breast match my other breast?
· How will my reconstructed breast feel to the touch?
· Will I have any feeling in my reconstructed breast?
· What possible problems should I know about?
· Will there be pain, scars, or other changes in the parts of my body the tissue is taken from (if
using a tissue flap)?
· How much discomfort or pain will I feel?
· How long will I be in the hospital?
· Will I need blood transfusions? If so, can I donate my own blood?
· How long will it take me to recover?
· What will I need to do at home to care for my incisions (surgical wounds)?
· Will I have a drain (tube that lets fluid out of the wound) when I go home?
· How much help will I need at home to take care of my drain and wound?
· When can I start my exercises and work?
· How much activity can I do at home?
· What do I do if my arm swells (this is called lymphedema)?
· When will I be able to go back to normal activities such as driving and working?
· Can I talk with other women who have had the same surgery?
· Will reconstruction interfere with chemotherapy?
· Will reconstruction interfere with radiation therapy?
· How long will the implant last?
· What kinds of changes to the breast can I expect over time?
· How will aging affect the reconstructed breast?
· What happens if I gain or lose weight?
Will they complete my FMLA form?

Grab on to God's promises

Hagar the single parent mom
"Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." Gen. 12:1-3
1. The Land Promise: "A land that I will show you."

2. The National Promise: "A great nation."

3. The Spiritual Promise: "All the families of the earth shall be blessed."
I have wondered myself many times when God’s promises will come true even for us as a family.  We came from 3rd world country as missionaries believing this is God’s calling, and the vision that and words we received.  Some of it I know we have walked out but other parts are yet to be.    In a similar both Abraham and Sarah must have wondered how and when Gods promise will come true. They were also called out of their homeland to the land God would show them.  But they left with their own tribe; Hagar was amongst them as a stranger.  Sarah went past the time of life, here period (menstrual cycle) stopped – and the promise was for filled.  Sarah gave Hagar the slave girl has a surrogate wife to Abraham to have a child for Sarah with him.  Hagar became pregnant.  It was in this time that she and Sarah got in some disagreements.
Hagar means 'stranger'. We read that she is a slave girl from Egypt. Never really accepted as a salve and immigrant to the nomadic tribe of Abraham.

Sarah may have been a shortened version of Ummu-sarra, 'the great mother is queen'.  She is the Alpha female leader of the tribes women, and the beloved or favored wife of Abraham and also his half sister.  The same father but different mother.
Sarah, Abraham's wife, took Hagar the Egyptian, her slave-girl, and gave her to her husband Abram as a wife. He went in to Hagar, and she conceived; and when she saw that she had conceived, she looked with contempt on her mistress.'  Genesis 16:1-6.
The women had a fell out and now Sarah blamed Abraham and said it wall all his fault and he had to fix it.  The truth was that Sarah was responsible and she was also responsible to lead the women of the tribe.  Then Sarah took it upon herself to humble Hagar.  Hagar decided to run away from the tribe, keep in mind she is pregnant and she is running into a fearsome country that is dessert land with not much.  It was a heroic deed of Hagar but she stopped at Shur exhausted from her long journey and now she was close to Egypt.
'The angel of the LORD found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, the spring on the way to Shur. And he said 'Hagar, slave-girl of Sarah, where have you come from and where are you going?' She said 'I am running away from my mistress Sarah'.'
Genesis 16:7-16.
The angel told Hagar to return to the tribe and have her child amongst the Hebrews because he would have a great future and be a child of importance.  He later became the foundation of the Arab nations.  For the next fourteen years Hagar were able to tolerate Sarah, because she was higher up in status now since her son (Ishmael) was the sole inheritor of  Abraham fortune.   During this time Sarah and Abram must have totally given up on gods promise and dream for children of their own.  But then one day Sarah was  pregnant with Isaac.
The child grew and was weaned; and Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned. But Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had born to Abraham, playing with her son Isaac. So she said to Abraham 'Cast out this slave woman with her son; for the son of this slave woman shall not inherit along with my son Isaac'.
Read Genesis 21:8-14.
There was a constant bitter struggle now between Sarah and Hagar.  Sarah hated Hagar and wanted her gone or dead.  She confronted Abraham and said that he had to send Hagar and Ismail away, she did not want Ishmael to inherit along Isaac.  Certainly now it was Hagar’s turn to doubt God’s promise.  Abraham then sends Hagar and Ismail away with a piece of bread and a skin of water.  You might think for yourself like I did, how is this even reasonable and fair, Hagar conceived because of Sarah?
When the water in the skin was gone, she cast the child under one of the bushes. Then she went and sat a good way off for she said 'Do not let me look on the death of the child'.
Read Genesis 21:15-21.
Hagar obeyed God the first time and went back after she run away but now she was sent away by Abraham himself, certainly she must have questioned God’s promise and purpose.  Here she was alone in the desert with her son dying of thirst.  Hagar called upon God and he heard her cries. But we read further and see that God heard Hagar’s voice and the child’s dying voice.  Perhaps in these last moments of her life Hagar was about to Give on God’s promise and her dream, but God opens her eyes and she sees the well of fresh water.  Hagar gives the water to Ismail then stands up a new with courage and went to live in the wilder of Paran.  God kept His promise with Hagar the single mom; she becomes the great mother of the Arab nation.  Hagar becomes an example to all of us of women that was despised but obeyed God and hanged on to His promise and it came to pass. When you read the Koran it, says it was at Mecca that God saved Hagar and her son from death by thirst. Muslim ritual reflects this: every year for thirteen centuries Muslims performing the Hajj have retraced Hagar's steps as she desperately searched for water.

It is so easy to doubt god’s promises on life’s journey. We look to our surroundings and life events, listen to the wards of doctors and we accept the physical news rather than to grab hold in the Spiritual world of God s promises.  Today I can list all the many and big mistakes that I made in my life, perhaps you can identify it in your life – where ever you are right now is not important. – What is important for you to open your spiritual eyes and see the fresh water (Gods promise) and stand in faith to receive what he has for you and family?

Maybe you are not in social circles like Hagar.
Maybe you are rejected by your loved one like Hagar
Maybe your husband left you like Hagar
Maybe you obeyed God and now something worse happened like Hagar
Maybe you are in the desert without hope like Hagar
Maybe you are at the end of your journey like Hagar

Maybe this cancer thing as swallowed all your faith.  Have hope hang on to God.

Songs of Solomon 4:5 -6
5"Your two breasts are like two fawns, Twins of a gazelle Which feed among the lilies. 6"Until the cool of the day When the shadows flee away, I will go my way to the mountain of myrrh And to the hill of frankincense.…

They come in all shapes and sizes, saggy, round, floppy, tight, teardrop, round, flat…  Breast never look the identically the same  Experts say that you should be able to identify the shape of your boob to get a good bra fit.  I really have never thought of my breast this much or in this way before.  But when I visited the surgeon yesterday he simply said and many women want to go smaller to like a C –cup and I thought for myself who want to go in and have something smaller.  Did it not take enough already from yourself image to go through this trauma.   I think of anything I should go bigger. If you are in Texas they saying go the bigger the better.

This shape represents boobs that start very high on your torso, not necessarily perky, but they are attached close to your shoulders.

Can Areola Size Be Reduced?

Are you embarrassed or unhappy with the size of your areolas? You’re not alone. In fact, many women feel insecure with the aesthetics of their breasts. Often times, areola or nipple size can appear disproportionately large on one’s breast as a result of genetics, pregnancy, or increasing age.
For those experiencing proportion issues, asymmetry between the right and left nipples, or stretching of the areolas following an augmentation, areola reduction repair is a surgical option for correction. Areola reduction surgery removes the pigmented area from the outside of the areola to achieve a reduced circumference as well as symmetry between both breasts.
Although this surgery is performed by making a direct incision, the proper placement of incisions and meticulous surgical techniques should leave minimal scarring. This procedure is usually performed under local or general anesthesia, and when performed on its own the recovery phase is quite tolerable. Patients may be instructed to wear a supportive bra during the relatively short healing process.  Exercise and physical activity should be kept to a minimum.
Areola reduction repair is sometimes performed in conjunction with other breast procedures such as a breast augmentation or a breast lift. In addition to reducing the size of the areola, nipples can also be reduced if they appear too long or project too far out. This particular procedure is called nipple reduction surgery.
In addition to areola and nipple reduction surgeries, there are a number of plastic surgery options available for repairing or restoring the breasts. A thorough examination and careful evaluation performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon will determine which type of procedure will provide the best results for the desired outcome.
